Supply and Storage Models

1. High-Pressure Helium Cylinders

Optimized solutions for precise laboratory analysis, leak test units, and balloon filling stations. Helium gas is stored in gas phase within cylinders and sold based on pressure. Single helium cylinders are shipped with high purity assurance at 150 to 230 bar working pressure.

3. Helium Welding Gases & Industrial Mixtures (MIG/TIG)

In MIG, TIG, and Laser welding, pure Argon may be insufficient when joining thick-section aluminum, copper, and stainless steel alloys. Helium has a higher ionization potential and thermal conductivity than argon. Tinsa Gaz's Helium Welding Mixtures (Argon + Helium) deliver higher heat input to the welding arc. This achieves deeper penetration, maximizes speed, eliminates preheating requirements for copper and aluminum, and yields defect-free, high-strength welds.

Safety Standard

Technical Warning and Safety Standard: Helium is not toxic or flammable. However, helium accumulation in unventilated areas can lower oxygen levels and cause asphyxiation. Inhaling helium gas for fun is extremely dangerous as it suddenly depletes oxygen in the lungs, potentially causing permanent damage or sudden loss of consciousness.
