Oxygen in purity grades 2.5 to 5.5 for elemental analysis, TOC measurement and semiconductor oxidation processes.
Product Description
High purity oxygen is used in analytical methods that require complete and repeatable combustion of samples and in production processes that need controlled oxidation. Grades with low impurities such as hydrocarbons and moisture lower blank values in combustion analysers and improve measurement accuracy. We supply it in cylinders or bundles according to the purity grade your analyser requires.

Oxidation processes in semiconductor manufacturing
Calibration and gas mixture preparation
Supply and Storage Models
1. High-Pressure Cylinders
Supplied in cylinders suitable for high purity gas service, for the daily consumption of laboratories, R&D centres and analytical instruments. The purity grade and cylinder type are defined together according to your needs.
2. Cylinder Bundle Systems
Manifold-connected cylinder bundle systems may be considered for high gas consumption facilities in terms of flow rate, pressure, and cylinder replacement planning. Suitable capacity and backup requirements should be determined for each project.
Safety Standard
Technical Warning and Safety Standard: Oxygen is not flammable but strongly accelerates combustion. It must not come into contact with oil, grease or combustible materials; use only oil-free regulators and line components suitable for oxygen service, and store cylinders secured in well-ventilated areas.
